What began as a passion for supporting others in 2019 has grown into a practice rooted in compassion, connection, and holistic care.
As we enter this next chapter, we’re honoring where we’ve been, while looking ahead with renewed purpose.
Stonegrove Mental Health Group, formerly ReviveCincy Counseling, is a mental health practice committed to providing compassionate, collaborative, and high-quality mental health care. Located in Cincinnati, Ohio and Newport, Kentucky, we also provide online services in several states.
Our new name reflects the continued growth of our practice and the expanded services we now offer to support clients more holistically. Our values remain grounded in thoughtful clinical care, meaningful connection, and a deep respect for each client’s unique story, strengths, and goals. We are also expanding our services to include the life-changing option of psychedelic assisted healing, which has personally impacted the lives of our psychedelic team, who now seek to bring that same deep healing to our community.
The name Stonegrove was chosen to represent both steadiness and growth. It reflects a therapeutic environment that is grounded, supportive, and calm, while also making space for movement, change, and self-discovery. We believe healing is is about developing a deeper understanding of yourself, your experiences, your relationships, and the resources you already carry within you. We recognize that seeking therapy can be a significant step. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, or a desire for greater self-understanding, our clinicians are here to walk alongside you with care and intention.
Our approach is rooted in the belief that strength and softness can coexist. Growth often involves learning when to be steady, when to adapt, when to set boundaries, and when to offer yourself compassion. Through all of our services, we help clients build insight, strengthen discernment, and develop practical tools for moving through life with greater clarity, confidence, and emotional resilience.
As we move forward as Stonegrove Mental Health Group, we are honored to continue serving our clients and community with the same trusted care that has shaped our practice from the beginning.

Stonegrove Mental Health Group is an affirming practice.
To be affirming means we uphold and honor each person exactly as they are. We are committed to reducing bias, enhancing cultural humility, and validating the many diverse identities of the human experience. We accept every person who seeks care with us as deserving of the best mental health care possible. We proudly support and affirm our LGBTQIAP+ clients and our neurodivergent clients. We are deeply committed to supporting the faith and spiritual practices of those we serve. We believe that affirming is the first step, and build upon that step by supporting you in actualizing your identity as a powerful catalyst to living an authentic life.
You can bring your full self to your sessions, and we will join you by bringing our authentic selves too!

Good Faith Estimates & The No Surprises Act
As a result of the legislation under the No Surprises Act, healthcare providers are required to provide a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) to all clients who are opting to self-pay for healthcare services. This legislation has been implemented to eliminate "surprise billing," as well as to lay grounds for a dispute against any undue charges. In compliance, we will provide an individualized Good Faith Estimate statement to you upon any initiation of services. The Good Faith Estimate includes the costs of items and services that are reasonably expected for your health care needs for an item or service. The estimate is based on information known at the time the estimate was created. If you are billed for more than this Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute the bill. The Good Faith Estimate does not include any unknown or unexpected costs that may arise during treatment. You could be charged more if complications or special circumstances occur. If this happens, federal law allows you to dispute (appeal) the bill. You may contact the health care provider or facility listed to let them know the billed charges are higher than the Good Faith Estimate. You can ask them to update the bill to match the Good Faith Estimate, ask to negotiate the bill, or ask if there is financial assistance available. You may also start a dispute resolution process with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). If you choose to use the dispute resolution process, you must start the dispute process within 120 calendar days (about 4 months) of the date on the original bill. There is a $25 fee to use the dispute process. If the agency reviewing your dispute agrees with you, you will have to pay the price on this Good Faith Estimate. If the agency disagrees with you and agrees with the health care provider or facility, you will have to pay the higher amount. To learn more and get a form to start the process, go to www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call HHS at (800) 368-1019. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate or the dispute process, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call (800) 368-1019. Please keep a copy of this Good Faith Estimate in a safe place or take pictures of it, as you may need it if you are billed a higher amount. The Good Faith Estimate does not include any unknown or unexpected costs that may arise during treatment. You could be charged more if complications or special circumstances occur. If this happens, federal law allows you to dispute or appeal the bill. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit HERE. Please note: the totals listed on your Good Faith Estimate do not account for no show/late, cancelation fees, bank charges, crisis sessions, non-therapeutic charges e.g. documentation fees, banking fees, court/litigation fees, or other financial arrangements based on a case-by-case basis. You are encouraged to carefully read the Practice Policies and Informed Consent for complete details regarding fee schedule and therapeutic process, as well as expectations.
