At Stonegrove Mental Health Group, we offer compassionate, wrap-around support for individuals navigating eating disorders. Our integrated team provides therapy, dietitian support, and medication management and works collaboratively to ensure you receive care that’s consistent, comprehensive, and tailored to your needs. Nutrition Support Philosophies
-
Whether you're newly seeking help or have been on this path for a while, we welcome you. We serve clients of all sizes, backgrounds, and identities, including those who are queer, neurodivergent, or have felt unseen in traditional treatment spaces. Your lived experience matters here. We meet you where you are, and we walk beside you as you reclaim your relationship with food, body, and self.
-
Our licensed therapists are trained in trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming, and HAES-aligned approaches. We understand that eating disorders don’t exist in isolation and that they often intersect with anxiety, trauma, identity, and sensory processing. We work with you to build safety, deepen self-understanding, and nurture sustainable healing.
-
We believe healing includes unlearning the systems that caused harm in the first place. We reject diet culture. We challenge fatphobia. We celebrate body diversity. And we know that recovery doesn’t have a look, it has a feeling. We’re here to help you find yours.
-
Medical care for individuals with nutrition concerns should be thoughtful, gentle, and tailored to the individual. We provide optional medication management in collaboration with your therapy and nutrition care team.
-
We approach food with curiosity, not control. Through a weight-neutral, shame-free lens, we help you rebuild trust with your body and develop a nourishing relationship with food. Whether you're working on meal support, intuitive eating, or finding foods that meet your sensory needs, we’re here for you every step of the way, without judgement.
-
Living with disordered eating can feel overwhelming and isolating. You don’t have to carry it alone. Whether you’re struggling with restriction, bingeing, purging, or just feeling stuck in the noise of food and body thoughts, we’re here to support you with compassion and without judgment. Healing is possible, and we’d be honored to walk that path with you.
