Meet Gina Valentino MS, RDN, LDN
Hello! I’m Gina (she/they), I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) here at Stonegrove Mental Health Group. As a dietitian, my goal is to help individuals fuel their bodies with comfort and confidence. My office is a place to explore “why” you eat, “how” your current eating makes you feel, and “what” you would like to eat next!
I earned my undergraduate degree from the University of Dayton and completed my master’s at Marshall University. I have several years of experience supporting individuals in eating disorder recovery, across multiple levels of care, and am excited to continue helping people nourish their bodies here at Stonegrove. When I am not here, you will most likely find me enjoying a coffee shop pastry, playing volleyball with friends, or watching (another) bad reality TV show.
I welcome clients facing a range of challenges including eating disorders, food allergies, and weight stigma. I am especially passionate about supporting:
Folks navigating Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID)
Teens and young adults (16+) working through disordered eating during life transitions
Adults unpacking the impact of lifelong exposure to diet culture
Whether your relationship with food has been shaped by disordered eating, life experiences, navigating neurodivergence, or addressing medical conditions, I’m here to support you with compassion and expertise. If you’d like to learn more and see if we’re a good fit, feel free to schedule a discovery call before your first session. I look forward to meeting you!
Gina is currently accepting new clients on Wednesdays only. Accepting in-person clients at the Ohio Madisonville office, and virtual clients across Ohio.
