Meet Katie Manley PMHNP
Hello, wonderful people! My name is Katie Manley (she/her), and I am a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP). I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Xavier University and went on to complete my Master’s degree at Northern Kentucky University, specializing in mental health and psychiatry.
I have experience working across the full continuum of care, including inpatient and residential settings, as well as partial hospitalization (PHP) and intensive outpatient programs (IOP). This has allowed me to support patients at every stage of their mental health journey. I offer both in-person and virtual appointments for adults ages 18–65.
I am especially passionate about working with individuals navigating eating disorders, OCD, and ADHD, which are core areas of focus in my practice. I approach eating disorder care from a weight-inclusive, nonjudgmental perspective and strongly believe that health exists across a wide range of sizes and experiences. I strive to create a space where patients feel safe exploring their relationship with food, body image, and overall well-being.
I also enjoy helping individuals manage the distress of intrusive thoughts and compulsive behaviors associated with OCD, as well as supporting those with ADHD and neurodivergence who may feel overwhelmed by day-to-day demands. My goal is to provide thoughtful, individualized psychiatric care that improves both symptom management and overall quality of life.
In addition, I have experience working with trauma, PTSD/C-PTSD, and I provide medication support to help ease the anxiety that often accompanies these experiences. I have also cared for individuals with substance use concerns and remain committed to compassionate, stigma-free care that supports sobriety and harm-reduction goals.
Creating a safe, inclusive, and affirming environment is central to my practice. I am dedicated to providing culturally sensitive care and proudly support LGBTQIA+ individuals through gender-affirming mental health care. You can expect to be addressed by your preferred pronouns and encouraged to show up as your authentic self in a supportive, respectful space.
I take a holistic and collaborative approach to care, recognizing the importance of treating the whole person: mind, body, and spirit. I frequently work alongside therapists, dietitians, case managers, and other providers to ensure comprehensive, well-rounded support.
When you choose to work with me, your life experiences and your own definition of good health will be treated with the utmost respect. I prioritize patient education and shared decision-making so you feel informed, empowered, and actively involved in your care.
I am excited and honored to walk alongside you, support you, and cheer you on as you embark upon your own journey of self-discovery and self-actualization.
