Hi there, I’m Sarah (she/her), your friendly practice coordinator and first point of contact with the practice! I am here to welcome you, to answer your questions, and to connect you with one of our wonderful clinicians.

My educational background is in Psychology. I am rooted in meeting you where you are, with respect to your unique identity, perspective, and personal experience, to help encourage you on your journey. I believe that caring for ourselves and others in a loving, non-judgmental way can allow us to honor and live our lives in the way we are meant to live. In my free time, I love spending time with my pets, creating art, and traveling to new places.
